I am an independent consultant, working as 6drei2, with a background in customer loyalty, marketing technology, and team leadership across international operations. I help globally distributed teams implement and run the marketing technology behind their engagement.
My focus is data analytics for customer segmentation and campaign performance, and the loyalty and retention programs built on top of it. Over the past decade I have led CRM, loyalty, and marketing at JOKR, Project A, Bird, and Delivery Hero, building the teams and the stacks behind them.

Grew the global marketing team from one to ten and built the marketing technology and data infrastructure behind it.
